forgot to mention, this is the last quarter of eighth grade. At least there may be some sort of plan before he gets into high school next year.

Had to deal with the school again this morning. Sean is being diagnosed with ADHD, and getting his teachers to act like adults has been more difficult than I could have ever imagined.

He is so smart, and has been able to keep from sinking until around sixth grade. Middle school and the demands and stress kids are under has made his symptoms amplified. I have been screaming something is wrong for years, and finally Kaiser is backing me. The school has scheduled their own testing now, but only because the Psychologist and I "officially" requested it. Never knew that was an option until Dr. Piazza told me I had the right to.

My son has been struggling so hard for so long he is burning out. It is taking everything I have to keep him together and not give up. I hope I can keep it together, everyone is depending on me.
